For 20+ years in Health and Human Services work, I have evolved from my passion of training and organizational development and direct work with vulnerable populations to reaching a wider network of stakeholders through systems and policy change work in population health and healthcare role administration. I played an integral in pioneering the statewide development of a housing based care management model that led to national replication. I speak to national audiences on model designs and implementation strategies, as well as leading training for organizations. I am dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of all individuals by operationalizing systems change towards population health goals.
